Every year, St. James (where the boys go to preschool) has a pumpkin patch in October. They have a scheduled time where parents come and take a trip to the pumpkin patch with the class. The teachers read a story, the kids get to walk around and explore the pumpkin patch, then they get to pick a little pumpkin to take home with them.
